Weber on Mike Davis: "He got the message. It's better now than never"

Bruce Weber: Head "gave himself a nice shot of confidence for himself and us," said he's "not afraid" to play him and use him more

Weber said he stuck with DJ Richardson because of his defense but when that slipped he wanted to give someone else a shot.

Weber: "(Mike Davis) dominates practice, which is good. He comes (hard) everyday and he didn't always do that."
