A tough loss, but renewed hope

Even though Illinois lost at Purdue 75-67 Tuesday night and even though we can pick through the play-by-play and find plenty of mistakes, breakdowns and potential game-changing plays that either happened for Purdue or didn't happen for the Illini, I feel like I've watched two games in a row where Illinois is playing better, playing with more life, playing with more togetherness and playing in a way that is more fun to watch and much, much more encouraging as we inch closer and closer to the post-season.
