Five keys for the Illini heading forward

The seniors are gone and no matter what you may have thought about the quartet of Demetri McCamey, Mike Davis, Mike Tisdale and Bill Cole, they represented 59 percent of the team's scoring, 44.3 percent of the rebounding, 62.1 percent of the assists and 56.2 percent of the minutes played this past season.
That's a lot to replace. But it also represents a lot of opportunity for a new core of players to start building chemistry while playing together.
Speculating for next year, how about a three-guard core of Bradley transfer Sam Maniscalco at the point flanked by D.J. Richardson and Brandon Paul with Richmond at power forward and Leonard?
