Painter strung out Mizzou until today

Univ. of Missouri employee told me today Painter strung out school until today - asking for noon extension. (He used that time to get raises for assistants.) When he broke news to Mizzou, Painter told school official that factor in his decision was that two members of his family did not want to move. That excuse led Mizzou to think Painter was bluffing all along. (Tho you can't blame Painter, business is business.)
