Jereme Richmond: "This seems to be a fluid situation"

Richmond returned from spring break and went through a workout with the Illini this week, coach Bruce Weber said, but the cellphone is already buzzing from tips that Richmond's future with the Illini might already be decided. For now, an athletic department spokesman confirmed, Richmond is still part of the orange and blue. (Better keep that guy on speed dial.)
Yet Richmond appears to have significant work and growing up to do if he wants to remain a part of the Illini, and there will be plenty of attention paid to him in the offseason. When he sat out both NCAA Tournament games in Tulsa, it made you wonder.
