Bruce Weber on next season's team

Weber made the case that although next season's team will be young, they have the potential to do well in a Big Ten Conference that will undergo a high amount of turnover. He mentioned Ohio State, Michigan, Indiana and Iowa as teams that return the most experienced players. "But the rest of the league will be young, like we will.
"The big thing is, we have to have great togetherness," he said. "They have to be a really together group that does a great job with the young guys. The Italy trip (in August) will be big in that.
"Two, they have to be basketball junkies. They have to be in the gym all the time making strides. And three, next year you guys have to be saying, 'Wow! Look how good he is!'"
