Malcolm Hill, 2013

Hill was absolutely spectacular last weekend at the Battle For The Arch tournament in St. Louis. He led his Southwest Illinois Jets Orange 16-Under team to an upset win over Mean Streets (the 16-under gold division champion) and almost single-handedly led the Jets to victory over the Rising Stars Yellow when we watched him in a first round 16-under silver division contest. As a result, we believe that Hill may have been the best player that we saw at the event based solely on performance.

What Hill can do first and foremost is score. In St. Louis, he poured in 30 in the win over Mean Streets and dropped 27 on the Rising Stars. Other than his outstanding skill set, Hill's scoring ability can be largely attributed to his on-court demeanor--he plays intelligently and plays hard from start to finish.
