Djimde's eligibility: It's in Illinois' hands, says Ibby's coach

According to his prep school coach, "Ibby" is waiting to learn if he will be admitted to the University of Illinois. Huntington (W.V.) Prep coach Rob Fulford said Djimde already has passed through the NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse.

"From an NCAA standpoint he is ready to go. It's in the hands of the admittance process at Illinois right now," Fulford said Thursday.

"I think we'll know on Tuesday how that works out."
