Cliff Alexander at DePaul Team Camp

We knew how good 6'8 class of 2014 power forward Cliff Alexander from Curie High School in Chicago was prior to this camp, but make no mistake about--he has now officially put himself on the map and we now see him ranking as the #2 prospect in Illinois from the talented class of 2014. Alexander showed flashes of dominance and clearly got the better of a head-to-head battle against 6'7 class of 2013 power forward Russell Woods from Leo High School in Chicago on the second day. He is a rebounding machine and a defensive presence who blocks and alters shots regularly.
