Out at practice. Besides Matt Eller, Bud Golden has also left the team.

Not to get too obsessed with the #illini kickers ... but Matt Eller would have been some Dimke injury insurance, No? Actual game experience
Zook Golden's departure: "I think Bud kind of felt like he wasn't going to get an opportunity & probably going, maybe go somewhere else."
Zook on Eller and Golden leaving: "I don't like to see them go, I like for them to stay, fight it out and fight through it." #illini
