The first official day of practice is Oct. 14, but coaches will begin individual workouts with the players next week.
"We've got to take advantage of it and not waste it," Weber said. "They didn't really get a break. The next couple weekends we're not going to have recruits in or anything. We're going to let them enjoy themselves a little bit. Then we have all those football games in a row, so we'll try to ease that burden on them."
