Jereme Richmond arraignment set for Sept. 14

Richmond, 19, who was released from Lake County Jail on Aug. 12 after posting 10 percent of a $100,000 bond, is due to appear in court Sept, 14. Waukegan Attorney John Joanem has filed his appearance in the case.
