Final word: Bellotti high on Illini

"They are also requiring Nathan Scheelhaase, they want him to get 100 yards rushing per game and they believe that's one of the staples for them to win. They thought he was more of a bonus last year as opposed to a staple."

Bellotti is impressed with what he sees from sophomore Scheelhaase.

"Scheelhaase is making great decisions this year," Bellotti said. "He's progressing, and he's waiting on routes."
