Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley, senior official charged in Jerry Sandusky investigation; Joe Paterno will not be charged, sources say

Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley and senior administrator Gary Schulz have been charged with perjury and failure to report a crime during the investigation of former defensive coach Jerry Saundsky.

The information was posted to the state Attorney General's website this morning, as Sandusky was being arraigned on 40 charges related to sex crimes against kids.

Sources also tell The Patriot-News that head coach Joe Paterno will not be charged.
