It would be easier and more cost efficient to play the game in central Illinois -- most likely at the Assembly Hall, since that's where their last five matchups were held.
But this scenario is more fun -- at least for the 800-ish fans in attendance and the players working on their summer tans in the daytime. Here, there are chandeliers dangling from the ceiling of the gym instead of jerseys from the Illinois All-Century team.
