Paul, Illini hope to keep bowling over opponents

Life has changed for Paul and his Illinois teammates. No matter what Paul said, the biggest difference wasn't the 2,000-plus followers added to his Twitter account after a 43-point night against the Buckeyes last week.
The upset gave the Illini season a shot in the arm. Nine days later, No. 22 Illinois plays tonight at Penn State with the outright lead in the Big Ten Conference basketball race and -- suddenly -- greater expectations from a fan base that was edgy earlier this month.
