Illini's Weber finds himself on the hot seat

Weber admitted he has "coached not to lose" in 2011-12, lamented the inability to create "a culture of toughness" over several seasons and placed responsibility for a lack of execution on himself and his coaching staff. He also had harsh words for his team, most notably center Meyers Leonard and guard Brandon Paul.

He punctuated each criticism with the same refrain: "That's my fault."
