Weber holding out hope for Illinois

"I just told the kids -- I wrote it on the board -- I just watched them talk about Northwestern for a half an hour on ESPN, and we're one game behind them," Weber said. "Obviously, we haven't played well, and I'll be the first to admit that, but it's not totally out of the realm. I know the last couple of games have been tough, but before that we played everybody to the wire."
