Illini AD Thomas non-committal on when he'll evaluate Weber

So when does Thomas make a decision on the fate of head coach Bruce Weber?
"That's a question that I know people probably want to know the answer to," he said during a 45-minute interview with the Herald & Review. "For me, if it should get to that point, I'd look at how the situation is being assessed ... and it's probably one of those things that you'll know it when you see it.
"But I don't have a real sense of how that will play out and hopefully we'll win against Iowa (Thursday morning) and have an opportunity to play against Michigan State (on Friday) and get on a run and good things will happen in Indianapolis."
Thomas did reiterate that Illinois would accept an NIT bid if one is extended Sunday evening.
