Tim Beckman lets son call play on family's new home

While Illinois football coach Tim Beckman went recruiting this spring, so did his son, Alex.

The eighth-grader had a big decision to make about where he would go to high school this fall. Alex, a football player, spent time touring schools in Champaign-Urbana.

He chose to attend Urbana High School, which opened a new football stadium with artificial turf last season.
