The bottom line for the second half is we have to defend if we even want to have a chance. I don't know how this team can come out game after game and have just no fire on the defensive end, especially after seeing it in the Purdue game. It is mind boggling

UI was a heavy underdog tonight and should lose. But, aside from that 9-0 run midway through the half, that was a weak first-half effort. Half-hearted defense and no togetherness on O. Disgusting watching a team with pretty much no effective drivers trying to play hero ball off the dribble over and over and over again. What happened to the heart and teamwork displayed vs. PU? Thought having MT back would give us an emotional lift. Haven't seen that.

Play through the wing. screen coming look for big coming from weak side, swing ball to other wing... Not sure how to tell you but I know what is taught and what is being run. Not the same thing but I see the patterns to initiate. What happens after that is the decisions and reads that are not being made

I want freshmen tick, but 60 seconds with AA at the 4 is not significant.

Agree would rather see us play Freshmen max time though.....AA has been playing 4 so he theoretically stole those 60 seconds from DJ.

Just wondering where the poster that showed me the door after my rant following the Nebraska loss is. As I said before, can't wait for this dreadful season to be over after we lose in the first round of the B1G Tournament. This is the first time I can ever remember turning off an Illinois game. Especially, one being played against Indiana. The combination of bad ball on the Illinis' part, and Dan Dakich with his overly bias, and constant &%$# talking is just too much. How he even gets to call an Indiana game is a tragedy.

Down 17 at half. Horrible finish once we pulled within a point. Malcolm only player that showed up. No offensive movement, just one on one. Defense is pretty pathetic. Not good.

Can Kendrick set his feet just once? That looks to be the biggest difference for him in the last 3 games
