The refs just showing us that when you've been the toilet team of the west for years, you're not gonna get the close calls...

The real score of this game is Illinois 16, Nebraska 10, Referees + Nebraska 7. Two fourth down blown calls. Unbelievable.
But the B1G is complicit
None of that matters if we dont get a horse collar on the 3rd down stop

To be fair, all of that could have been avoided by avoiding the horsecollar tackle earlier on. But big miss, I thought the overhead view clearly had him down at the 3.5.
B1G protects its ranked teams, that is for sure. 
Every big time call always goes against us. There is no way on God's green earth he mad that. You look at that replay and Bain is holding the ball at the 3 1/2 and it's not even close. Also the official at the top had him short then the one on the bottom moved the ball forward. The B1G officials are quite possibly the worst in the nation. Garbage.
Here's to hoping cheaters proof lets us put another 10 unanswered points on the board
