You'd like to think that a coach, in his 5th year, with this much experience, could have his team not play as sloppy. I'm sorry, but that's horrible coaching.

Finke as well...when he can't hit a shot take him out...DJ way more athletic

The last 3 minutes perfect example of why we struggle. Opportunity to open lead early and just didn't do it.

The refs aren't losing this for Illinois. Poor preparation and lack of actual coaching loses games. Toughness and togetherness won't win you games if you don't know how to play basketball

How many effin moving screens do we have in the last 5 years? Gotta lead the NCAA. I don't care if the refs are quick to call it at some point you need to teach the kids how to adjust

We just need to make some buckets...string a few together. Has Hill made anything, except 1 FT? Seems like our shooting % is really low so far. I don't care who does it, just make some shots!

Unfortunately this is a pattern for way too many guys. Nobody trusts the ball will come back so they force bad shots.

For as badly as NC State has played, they are still winning :eek:

Our gameplan is the right one, but we're being too predictable about it. Gotta swing the ball to the open man when it goes inside. These guys don't defend well, we'll get wide open looks
