We're about to be all alone in 13 th place in the big 10. That ain't good by the way.
For you you gsters, we used to have a basketball program. The conversation was usually would we get a 3,4, ot a 5 seed, with an occassional 1 or 2 seed sprinkled in. Now it's a question of will get an NIT invite. Sad!

I've seen flashes of Kipper partaking in it today. Hopefully he hasn't learned that from one of our seniors and if he has hopefully that's the first thing our new coach eliminates.

Well, I guess considering the juggernaut that traditionally is Penn St., what with all their five star one and done's, keeping it under 20 points is a moral victory.

I will never understand Coach Groce's substitution patterns. TJL gets an and one, almost a steal, the crowd is giving him a standing O and Groce subs him out.

Kathy, I have to say I agree with you on this one. JW has a lot better view of things from his vantage point that the rest of us to make an evaluation of what the real issues are with the team this year. Given that Groce is a good representative for the school, an extremely hard worker, and still doesn't seem to have lost the team (like his predecessor at the end). I could still see him giving JG another year to make things work - wouldn't be a popular decision, but JW will only jump from the frying pan of fan discontent if he thinks it will not be into the fire of a difficult coaching search.
