Like literally?
Literally. The guy ended up being okay and I think some light was made of it, but yeah, he literally poked somebody's eye out of its socket. The guy who it happened to had some funny quote about it; something to the effect of "things didn't look quite right," or something.

He clearly sees there's more to life than basketball.

May have already been mentioned on here but I noticed B.Cook on a roster in Ice Cube's 3v3 traveling project.

Happy for Paul, I was at Illinois while he was there, always struck me as having "NBA" athleticism. More than any player we have had since his departure really.

Brandon has left the Cavs summer league, and all the signs are pointing toward that he has signed a deal with the Mavs!!! So happy if this is true for Brandon, watching him these past 2 weeks has been impressive, guy has been the best player on the court in all the games he has been in.

So to clarify, he left the Cavaliers summer league team and signed a pro-deal with the Dallas Mavericks?

For those less informed on these issues, are summer teams just free agents, except for recently drafted rookies?

I guess I am surprised what BP3 did happens. I figured he had a contract with Cleveland, at least through training camp or until cut

Congrats to BP3! No matter where things go from here, he can always say he made it to the NBA. I hope he carves out a nice niche for himself, but just making it is a huge accomplishment that few people in the world can claim.
