Not sure Goodwin is the player but I bet Ford is gone after this season. I think Cuonzo has the inside track on St Louis players unless they realize the hot mess is starting at Mizzouri as well. Expelled and suspended players likely not welcome at Major6 Conf as well. Likely to radioactive.

Eh, Gordon wasn't signed so that was fair game. Frustration lies more with Gordon and family, as they continued to say that his recruitment was over and there was nothing to worry about.

What is he alleged to be expelled for? Have not heard. As I recall he was at first a must get for us, before Smith entered the picture.

I really don't think we're seriously recruiting Ramey. Doesn't mean that we've initiated contact with Gordon, but intent usually gets back to the target.

I think it's legit that we are trying to recruit Ramey. Who wouldn't go after him even if there was even the slightest bit of interest?

Have heard that Ramey would not mind playing with Gordon in college (of course not at SLU).

Ayo, Ramey, Gordon, and Tevian Jones? Can't complain there.

Of course, in that situation a lot would have to happen, and someone would have to transfer, but we can all dream...:D

How could we have made the top choices? He never had a dream about the Chief chasing him or anything. That’s how you make a college decision. You wait for a sign like being chased by a Billiken...whatever that is.

Out of all the players we have been rumored in on, this one was actually the least favorite as far as what he could bring to us.

That said, no sour grapes, just an opinion, and we still need players, wings/bigs athletic ones more so than Couisard and his talents.

Gordon did not play for Webster Groves tonight in the Quincy Shootout. One contact said he was suspended and another said he was kicked off the team. Ramey is quick. Had 26 pts, and was great from the line.

BTW, Quincy put on a great shootout this weekend. Heritage Academy from S.C. was very good but Sunshine Christian Academy from KS was the best team I've seen in a long time. Bunch of muscular 6'10", 6'11" and 7 footers along with Malik Hall. How could anyone beat them. Looked like they could beat some college teams. Had hoped to watch Ramey and Gordon together but Gordon's suspension blew my evening.
