If I read this correctly Danny West (?) today with a CB for KK Robinson to Arkansas on 24/7Sports.com.

https://247sports.com/Player/KK-Robinson-46083970/

Also, from an Arkansas sports article:

Razorbacks Push to the Top for Rivals150 Guard KK Robinson after OV

The Oak Hill Academy (Virginia) standout has now taken four official visits and those four programs make up his top choices. It'll come down to TCU, Kansas, Arkansas and Illinois for the 4-star and all that lies between Robinson and a decision are talks with his family to make sure it's the right choice

"I'm possibly committing in about two or three weeks. Just talking with my parents and finalize the decision."

Curbelo and Miller would be AMAZING. When was the last time we got 2 stud guards in the same class? BP and DJ? Game changing for sure.
Absolutely great but not game changing if replacing Ayo and Dre.

I would say game changing in year 2. I dont expect them to be All Americans as freshmen but I would expect very big things. Feliz had a decent first year. It wasnt game changing by any means. We expect a great year from Andre this year. Ayo just learned how to shoot well. His senior year of high school he was a slasher. I havent seen Curbelo play, but he seems to be a pass first guard. Miller been a sniper since sophomore year, maybe even before. I've only seen him play since he moved. Dare I say it, but Curbelo & Miller can have a bigger impact than Ayo & Andre Feliz.

🙄 GAME CHANGING. without them our guard play looks pretty bleak with Ayo/Dre gone and then Trent gone the next year. landing these 2 would be HUGE. I'm not saying we will be in the final four next season with them. But we are in a MUCH better spot with them than without.

Maybe Deandre Davis could be approached? 2020 3* committed to Nebby before, decommitted. Lawrence Central kid, with some game like MHill, better ball handler by far, not as good a shooter maybe, more athletic?

Wouldn't hurt to put out feeler if staff thinks he is good enough...6'6 ball handler and slasher/shooter?

Committed to Louisville

First time poster, long time lurker, figured I'd tell what I saw during breakfast at the IHotel earlier this morning.

It was Curbelo with his family and the entire Illinois coaching staff. I didn't hear what was said, but at some point during their breakfast Andre said something to Brad and the entire table jumped up and was cheering and hugging and giving high fives. Everyone had huge grins on their faces Curbelo included.

Take that for what it's worth, but from my perspective it looked like a committment.

Cue the Inglorious Bastards Nazi killer, in a Nazi uniform, giddy with anticipation.

If I could like this a billion times, I would.

I first daw Curbelo at the Nike Hoop Summit game last year. The closest comparison is Mike Bibby of Arizona/Sacramento Kings. Not an uber athlete but high motor who knows the game. Can hit a varity of layups and good handles/passer.

Bibby was a top7 McAA and future pro. Curbelo is not, but that who comes to mind. Would love to hear a better comp.

Edit: Just watched Bibby high school highlights. I'm tripling down on the comparison. Small sample size, Bibby seemed to take the 3 more where as Curbelo goes for layups and midrange.

If a long time lurker creates a account to make this one post then I'm a believer!!:clappy:

I sure hope it’s true, but I won’t get excited until I see more verification. We got burned once already.
