can’t take much more of this. Getting exposed late-game just like Arizona last year.

Size was supposed to be our big advantage in this game and now we’re just getting dunked on. Also, clearly Baylor watched Ohio tape... pick-n-roll defense is an issue...

Not surprising...Ilini had a chance for a great start and threw it away to carelessness. Baylor has shooters that were not going to be held in check all night. One might think Illini want to run but with all the guard play Baylor has, the only way the Illini can beat them is by taking care of the ball in the half court and a solid inside out game to hit perimeter shots. Take run opportunities when presented, but Baylor wants to run also and when they get hot...they get really hot. Good game to learn how important every possession is...even in a game where speed is everywhere. Execution becomes even more important and difficult, especially for frosh who have not played this type of game. But a season of B1G play will prove extremely valuable. On to Duke who will play as fast as you want and likely out-execute you at any speed.

There have been an awful lot of long rebounds that just bounce straight to someone in yellow out on the perimeter. Kind of frustratingly out of our control. Obviously not a huge factor in the score but obnoxious.

It's easy to be disappointed by the last ten minutes, but only if you bought into the ridiculousness that we were the 5th best team in the country. Anyone who watched the Ohio game knew that was not the case.

We are good, Baylor is better.
