For Mizzou they are 4-0 and still unranked despite beating some decent teams. They will be hungry for respect.
For us, we were shunned in some way be three of these players, have a losing streak to snap and have been waiting a long time to punch them in the mouth.
It's the bragging rights game, it's on the road and we're a better team on mission. I think we jump them early and take their lunch money.

Ready to enjoy the fact that both teams are legit. I normally can let it go when a player leaves the Illini but how disrespectful Mark Smith & Tilmon were makes me want this as revenge.

Also, glad we are in orange. I hate road blue and now have a record to back me up as to why.

I am creeped out by having to play in their house. Should we sweep our locker room for listening devices? Wouldn't put it past Clownzo.
I believe Pinkett was one we pushed away.

Guess I'll suffer through the assigned crew.
Worked there for a year, enjoyed the area.
Auburn and Memphis don't look good.

AUB/MEM tied at 50-50. Likely a double or triple OT game.......
Altenberger as your name and the photo of him playing and then you mentioning him as an announcer and a little time to kill before the game starts got me thinking....favorite former Illini turned announcers? Deon, Bardo, Doug, Jerry Hester...am I forgetting anyone? I personally like all four but would probably rank Jerry fourth and have a hard time picking between the other three. Enjoy listening to all of them and you can tell in their voice how much it means to them when the Illini are playing well.
That's not the right negativity Alt. Wait I get it, so the game gets over early, right?
