DMW is hurt Not that it makes a diff now, but someone is going to have to step up.

Adam Miller but he doesn't even belong on the court at this point.

This team's fundamentals are pathetic. I still say BU is not a good coach.

Every time I say that BU is not a good coach, my kids tell me how dumb I am!
But I still feel that way. Granted, players aren't playing well...but I think it goes deeper than that.

Kofi with 5 points and 2 rebounds. He is not in shape to defend against the smaller NW players. Ayo needs the ball more in the 2nd half to get us going.

GB: horrible defensively. Hedges way too far and doesn’t move his feet.

Kofi: terrible at defending the pick and pop and the pick and roll. Has hands of stone.

TF: completely non existent on offense.

I really like this team. At times. But I don't say how they are ranked 12th in the nation. Have to be 20 teams better. Maybe they'll get to 12, but they aren't there now.

Agree...I posted last week they were the 5th best team in the Big10 and got some LOL's and I understand why...5th is too high. They continue to turn the ball over way too much, especially with a guard oriented offense, they miss way too many free throws, and when Ayo has a pedestrian game, this team is average. Tonight, Trent has been bad, and Curbelo worse.

Miller and Frazier are 3-11 from 3. That just isn't going to cut it, especially with the quality of looks on some of their misses.

cant beat anyone off the dribble
cant finish at the rim '
lack athleticism to go over the top

How do you work Kofi, Ayo, and Curbelo around that ? the 3-2 zone is basically exposing all of that because typically with someone like kofi drawing that attention your high flyer would just go over the top baseline on the lob but who n the team has that ability ?

Ive never seen a small ball lineup have such limitations that have nothing to do with size .

We got them in foul trouble, they went to the zone, and we had no answer. Whether that's on Underwood or the players I have absolutely no idea, but it's embarrassing.

Maybe it's just me, but Trent's minutes should be going to someone else. Almost all of them. He's just not the same player he was. I don't know why, but that's what I see.

Really continue to question Underwood. I want to root for him, I really do, but we are not getting the level of play that this team should be displaying with the talent available. Again, most concerning thing is lack of effort, slow starts, continued turnovers and poor fundamentals. Really, really concerning.

NW was 8-23 (3-17) last year. With the same guys as this year. I just can't fathom them being that much better this year with the same roster/coach etc

Bad half, absolutely, everyone has them. This is an EXCELLENT Team and BU is an outstanding coach. Try and enjoy a special season, been way more ups than downs, which is all that first half was. We'll get back in this.
