I hate Iowa but after listening to Luka Garza’s interview - I like him more than I would have guessed. Seems like a class dude.

Ayo’s postgame response to “making it difficult for Garza” is a classic. “We made him guard” LOL. Also said that Iowa is known for zone and plays zone in an attempt to hide Garza on defense. His tone is professional per usual but you can sense the shadeI’d like to think Ayo threw some shade saying “ what were they ranked 9th?” With kind of an unwillingness to really care about their ranking

He’s also the ref that Bardo said “anticipated” a call he called against us this game, and Bardo rarely criticized the refs.

There are a multitude of Iowa fans that did not graduate from the University of Iowa....or any high school for that matter....just like Illini fans. Some of the English written on these message boards is atrocious and shameful, but pretty much reflects the desire of our nation at this point to be correct and/or truthful.

IMHO Grandison did not play his best game....that is yet to come. The kid is a terrific player with many skills and gives max effort. He should have been starting and playing big minutes from day 1. Tonight was his norm!!!!

Heck Belo is a better point guard this season. Bo-whiner really doesn't handle the ball that well - i was hoping we'd harass him much more bringing the ball up.

That guy had "Iowa 18 grad" or something similar in his twitter profile i think. And to top it off, has a sport jacket on (must have reserved the only alumni one in the state).
But I think the point is, if you are going to whine on twitter about the refs (always a bad idea), then at least make sure you're hitting the simple words - cause now you come off as a whiner and just plain stupid. Particularly when you use 'toe' for 'tow'. That's pretty bad.
Hate to say anything negative after a huge iwn but I really would like to see Adam Miller pump fake and drive.

Didn’t see Hawkins getting time in the game.
When he does drive, bad things happen. He doesn't have the ability to finish at the rim and no midrange at the moment. The game is way too fast for him right now. Hopefully he can develop in the offseason and the game slows down for him.
