How many bad plays has Curbelo made today? I stopped counting. I don't care if he's a freshman. He's been bad. Illini should be up 20+, except for his poor play.

Curb Appeal has a ton of natural talent, but multiple times every game he dribbles into a dead end, throws passes to the other team, loses his man on defense, and/or jacks up wild shots. If he would just take coaching, those stupid plays should be diminishing this late in the season but are not. We need his talent and speed, but someone needs to get through to him that playing under control is also a valuable skill.

Have you played competitively? Shooting a basketball should be muscle memory and not aiming.

Yes. I played and play many small motor skill sports. Darts, pool, golf. Many at high levels. You cannot just rely on memory. You have to look at something. In foul shooting you should look (aim) for the back of the rim. Else you will miss.
