Now it's Nantz and the vastly OVERRATED Raftery for Loyola vs GT....

Raftery spends more time referencing his after hours carousing than the game and his shrill ONIONS or other stuff is irritating to me...JMHO , raftery is on a par with Duckie V. as my least liked announcers....

Loyola has been good defensively, but also only have wins against Drake and North Texas against tournament teams, with losses to Wisconsin and Richmond in non-conference, to go 2-2 vs Q1 and 4-2 vs Q2 (games at Missouri State and Indiana State counted in Q2 and they were 3-1 in those).

They haven't played a team as good as Georgia Tech in a while, and it's showing early.

There are many good takes this time of year but this was not one of them. Raftery is one of the most entertaining college hoops announcers out there.

Loyola doesn't stand a chance unless they can establish Krutwig down low. They seem to run everything through that guy.

Edit: And just like that, they get an easy two.
