Our three point shooting has really gone south the past couple games.
It has. The problem is that they are SO reliant on it, that it's really the difference between winning and losing. Their guards are so undersized that they can't finish at the rim(shot generally gets blocked or it's a contested miss). Hoping for the best for the rest of this game.

You know why Curbello gets so many open looks from 3?
If I were the opposing coach, I wouldn’t have anyone guarding that shot. It’s a numbers thing.
He does have good form, though - baffling…

Just started watching.... Good Lord refs. Missing hammers and calling touch fouls?
If this game were close I think you'd see a lot more in this thread about how bad the officials have been.

Just wondering whether it is a common practice to give up playing when one of the opponent is down for college basketball? I can recall many such scenes in professional soccer but not sure about college basketball.

It's not giving up, it's lack of shot making. Like someone said above, if ANYONE could get going(outside of Grandison), this would be over.

These refs just suck all around, every game. Usually for both teams. Never changes.
