It's so frustrating to just watch the clank after clank, missed layups, and resulting terrible shot selection, especially after they shot the lights out the first half of the season.

Relying on Curbelo to take a large number of our shots is killing our offense. He does a lot of good things, but shooting at a rate of under 10% so far during the tournament is a recipe for disaster. BU needs to tell him he's benched if he jacks up another 3 or off balance 2.

One of the only times I've said something even slightly negative about Curbelo this season. He's not helping us on the court right now. He might in a couple minutes. If he shoots open threes all night long we lose this game. Plain and simple. He just is not an efficient shooter from three.

It’s designed by Kelvin Sampson. By settling for Curbelo and Hawkins 3’s we are playing right into their game plan, I would assume?

Coaching. Lack of cohesive chemistry, "team" mentality. Coaching. There is talent in the team, sometimes stunning talent. It is very frustrating to see it under-performing. It's true that "something happened" from earlier in the season, and one of the things that happened is that other teams got better and Illinois got worse.

It is just pulling teeth for them to get the ball in the basket. They're holding Houston defensively, but I have never seen a team have such a hard time just converting baskets.
