I am they have that one guy that can really hoop Henry Domercant
I'm not seeing his name on the roster...haven't for many years! Side note - my mother worked in dining services at EIU. She always talked about how much she liked Henry, thought he was very polite when the team would come through her dining area. She was very happy to see him have success.

Eastern Illinois coach and Lawrenceville High School grad (Old NEC conference member) is a high school legend in Illinois.

This should read. Eastern Illinois coach and Lawrenceville High School grad, Marty Simmons, is a high school legend in Illinois. Lawrenceville was a member of the now defunct North Egypt Conference- one of the best Class A conferences in the state at that time.

And this is coming from an EIU alum. They're coming off a 5 win season, only 3 of which were against actual D-1 teams. They haven't double digit wins since the 2019-20 season, which was also the last time they had a winning record.
I'm more concerned about Marty Simmons health. He could hardly walk when I saw him last winter.

^ NICE! Even though Mizzou was terrible and filled up like 25% of its side (to be fair ... bowl game was at the same time), I still had a BLAST at my first Braggin' Rights last year. And I expect this year to be even more fun, as Mizzou fans have some renewed hope. I was really hoping it was on that Thursday so I could go, as Chicago to St. Louis is a longer journey than I had initially thought, and I could not afford to take that whole time off.

Go Illini!

Yeah, I also hope he gets healthy and is able to stay that way. He’s a great basketball mind too…(exceptional X’s and O’s guy…Brad has said as much.)

We truly are more then set with our stellar staff. But, if money was no object…I’d love to see us bring him onboard as a 4th assistant…and just let him dream up crazy stuff to bounce off Brad and the Gang. (similar to Gentry’s rumored role on the previous staff.)

I dunno specifics about Marty’s latest
more advanced health concerns. But,
I’m sure we could help him get Fletched-up
again if he simply needs to shed pounds.

Clark 11
Mayer 10
Cole 9

Epps 7
Dainja 6
Rodgers 5
Goode 4
I think the combination of Hawk and Dainja need to be a bit more simply because of their position. Other than that, this is pretty reasonable
