I watched Colts vs. Broncos on Thursday and Illinois vs. Iowa tonight, and all I’ve seen is 12 field goals. I want my money back.

I love it guys. Didn't think it was going to happen for a while there. Hopefully Nicholson, Williams and Devito will be back next. I get the feeling Devito wont but not sure about the other 2.

I have a slight eye bleed from the inept offenses that were on the field tonight , but my blood is Orange & Blue so that must mean the illini have won this barnburner 9-6.............

Chase Brown with , I believe , over 140 yards rushing ...................A +
Illini defense with a dominating performance ...................................A +++++
Illini punter Robertson's best game of this year..................................A
Matthew Bailey's interception.....................................................................A

There were also some WTF calls on offense , and the injury to TDV was enough to have everyone wringing our hands and sweating bullet's for the rest of the game..........................

In the end the beloved survived all the adverse things flung at them and persevered big time....crowd was announced by Brian B. at over 44,000 and was the biggest crowd in over 6 years ......Good job everyone who went and supported the Illini and thank you Illini for a gut wrenching victory......

The interception thrown by Art S. down at the squwak goaline was a headscratcher , to say the least.........

The replay reversal was so anti-Illinois luck and hopefully buries that mantra forever ................

We are the University of Illinois Fighting Illini and we will fight you tooth and nail to the bitter end.......................

Onward to the goofers next week and shipwrecking the used car salesman coach to take the possession of the B1G West...........

Did anybody, going into the season, ever imagine having the chance to clinch bowl berth on Homecoming!? While not pretty at times, this win may be culture defining. Beat a team you have not beaten in 14 years, with many recruits in the house! My watch kept telling me that my stress levels were elevated...definitely worth it.
