Even an 8-4 finish would be an amazing year for this team.

That’s what my wife and we’re discussing this morning on the way to the game. If you look at it from the end of the season, just the record point of view, we would’ve been thrilled to have been told that we were 8-4. It’s just that in real time, the way some of these losses have happened has been extremely depressing.

I was wondering about that as well, however the refs made it seem like it was not an option

This program sent thousands of messages, emails, etc to fans and alumni the last two weeks asking for support. Then they played these two games.

Part of the reason why I said attendance would be low today. It's going to take time before fans truly believe.
