Bardo's been saying that all year and he's right
I think he’s right about this one too. Definitely.

However when Bardo predicted Kofi was “gawn” to the NBA after year one he was WAY off the mark; on that one. (If it was somewhere between 1965-1996 he would have probably been right of course,)

What does it have to do with Ty Rodgers
assessment? Absolutely nothing. You, just made me think of it. Lol

I really don't understand why an off floor official can't review every goaltend about as quickly as it is called. That should be the rule and it is a call notoriously difficult to call from the floor and easy to call from video.
Yeah, you could literally have a videofficial for every game watching on TV and help make calls based on the TV replay. The floor officials could wear ear pieces and get the call on close plays. It would speed the game up soooooo much.

An aggressive RJ is a hell of an asset to this team. Kudos to him and Brad both.

I was super happy seeing TJ ball out in front of his family on Senior Night - what a show they got!
And Coleman has been a warrior at the five this year. Tonight was pretty impressive even if HD got him a few times late. Michigan bigs didn't have nearly the foot speed to stay in front of him and we will get the same against Edey. I love Dain but I think CoHawk will be the better matchup Sunday if he shows the same aggression.
What a kick-!!! Thursday night.
Two things I've thought about while watching this game. First, over the course of the year there have been so many fans railing on CH, some calling for him to be benched, questioning his toughness, etc. Then I compare this to every broadcast team that sings his praises, with the occasional caveat that he sometimes makes bad plays on offense. How many times have we heard these guys say that, basically, he is the most valuable player on the team. Only thing I can conclude is that the color guys and play by play guys know more than the fans.

Second, does anybody else get bad vibes any time RJ hangs on the rim after a dunk?

Anybody have Dain's plus/minus for the game? My feeling was that he was on the plus side...
I had the same feeling..

I will confess to not being a huge fan of CH. It’s not like I’m not a fan of his — I am — but between being too passive on offense, careless passes and jacking up some bad 3s, he more than tried my patience. But I think the last 6 to 8 games he’s really upped his game. He still does things that make me shake my head in a bad way, but he has become much more aggressive on offense and getting to the hoop.

Who is quicker to the basket in open court, Terrance Shannon, SencireHarris, or Dee Brown?
What say ye all? :)

I understand Dain sitting much of the late game situations here -- although I may have thrown him in for a minute or two for a different look/breather for CH -- but I found myself concern about his expression and body language on the bench.
I was, as well, but I think that just might be his style. They flashed to him after some big plays like RJ’s dunk, and he was grinning and really excited.

Such a huge win for so many reasons already stated:

1. 20 win season, another milestone
2. Stopped a skid into the bubble conversation
3. Likely kept Michigan out of the tourney barring another 2-3 wins for them
4. Kept HD winless against Illinois, and Juwan
5. Possible momentum booster into postseason, although I’m always careful with that notion with this group haha. We can play for 2nd place at Purdue with nothing to lose. A loss would have made us feel really tight .
6. A win for the boys on Senior night.
7. Literal proof of what BU has probably been telling the guys of how well we can do when we don’t just settle for 3s attack the basket. Replay all those dunks before the next few games.

Watched with my family in Nebraska last night and everyone was yelling and jumping basically the last 45 minutes . What a fun game. That’s what basketball is all about.

What an exciting game. I have been down on BU this season, but I thought the game plan tonight was really solid. My notes from the game....

- best crowd I've seen in quite some time
- Great to see RJ have a strong second half and play with confidence
- UM is the most talented team in the Big 10 - Bufkin, Howard and Dickinson are all studs
- Rodgers is just a pleasure to watch play the game. i compared him to Rodman earlier in the year; I'm amending the comparison to Draymond Green
- Even when he doesn't score Hawkins does things to impact the game. He will do well at the next level
- I've never had a love/hate relationship with a player like I have with Mayer. He makes plays and looks like an NBA prospect one minute, the next he starts playing hero ball and jacking up multiple contested 3's
I like my Jordan Murphy (Minn) comparison. Ty seems quicker though.

Semantics aside and I understand that "positions" are no longer black and white, but did you notice how many minutes we played without a true center and without a true guard on the floor?
