I think it is legitimate as well because the targets are not even in the portal yet. That may be fine but there is an awful lot of confidence for no official targets. Guess it is just the lack of a discernable back up plan. If plan A works no one cares. The Groce years of putting all eggs in the plan A bucket only to have the bottom fall out makes everyone a little antsy
