Based on knowledge of team dynamics last year, do any insiders think next years team (based on current roster) will have significantly better chemistry?

How could anyone know that at this point? In the era of NIL and portal basketball, the weight falls strictly on the head coach to mesh this together. There's going to be a lot of different faces. Not an easy job for coach.

Last year, there was a whole lot of immaturity on the roster. This year's team is constructed with predominantly upperclassmen and HOPEFULLY a mature PG that can run the offense and make the right play. That position was a killer for us last year....as was the lack of maturity. That looks, on paper, to have been addressed.

Prediction. Brad calls Ray Jay tonight. Tells him put up or shut up. Take the deal or I’m signing Yuri Collins. Ray Jay won’t commit. Brad calls Yuri and signs him tonight at 11:55 PM.

This might be an unpopular opinion but I hope we start the season unranked…
If the third domino falls like we expect it too tomorrow I 100% believe we are a top 15 team and could beat anyone in the country.

However, I like the idea of being underrated and climbing our way up. I like going up against teams and being considered the “underdog” when I know we’re the better team.

That being said, if we get RayJ tomorrow we will be ranked on every preseason list.

Last year's chemistry seemed to be a mess eventually and the average fan (like us) didn't get to witness behind the scenes first hand. We all know a lot more went on than what came out.

The insiders see/hear buzz from practices, know more behind the scenes, and can probably make a more informed estimate of how everyone's getting along so far.

That's why I asked their opinion.

I trust this staff to get an excellent point guard to steer the ship. Andres Feliz for example. Brad has shown excellent ability to pick great guards. I'm cool with whoever they bring in! We got the big fish I was hoping for and then some great pieces around that!
