Please win this game... Toledo has a glimpse of hope to make the NY6 needing maybe only a Fresno State and Liberty loss down the stretch. Toledos resume stacks up to Tulanes pretty well but the Green Wave are riding their 2022 fame... Toledos loss to the Illini is among the best for G5 teams in contention, and a 7-5 B1G West Champ Illini moves the needle a lot.

IU beat the 3rd worst FBS team Akron in 4 OTs. You guys should cover. Wisconsin poured it all out for Ohio State. That was a trap game. The Illini should be hungry. New blood at QB will keep the team hungry and pick up the slack he could need.

They know that Newton is playing for 4 quarters. If he played in the 4th quarter vs Wisconsin, the Illini are likely on a 3 game winning streak. The defense was very good in the 2nd half yesterday for a reason. I believe with Altmyer or Paddock, the Illini should be favored.
IMO -7 is a fair number. I would feel more confident at -6.5, but the line does not seem unreasonable to me.
Just like every other fan on here, I am hoping we put it all together this week. If we do, I could see us winning by a couple of scores. After watching Rutgers play, they are better than I anticipated. I think they knock off Iowa. Iowa is not that good and they will probably represent the west yet again. They just don't beat themselves. That's something that we have a tendency to do in must win games. I hope this is not one of them. It sure would be nice to go on a run.

Will Feagin get over 100 yds this week. Waiting for him to break one. He will be a beast next year. Anderson, Feagin, McCray we should have the biggest backfield in college football.
