So, this would be a lateral move for one of our assistances.
Sounds like with a fig leaf of "Associate Head Coach" for Chester, which I believe he had at Virginia Tech.

He's an ambitious guy frustrated he's not getting HC looks. But he's gotta be careful, one wrong move as an assistant at a losing program and his stock really takes a hit.

I bet its Chester. Amani is probably on the way out and Chester has had enough with his guys getting pushed out.
No idea if it Chester but many of his recruits have been pushed aside and not become a “star”.

Please don’t let it be TA moving on

What is it with this program and assistant coaches?
Imo. It is a good thing assistant coaches take new opportunities. Want to go back to Weber and Groce where no one was interested in their assistants?

Just please hire however many assistant coaches we need before July this time around. I'm glad the outcome was TA but I could do without 3 months of assistant coach discourse.

Yep. But I think the issue at blood bloods is a bit more relying on prep players than the NIL. It's hard for them to not take the 5 stars.
On top of that also lots of pressure to get the “top” portal guys. I can only imagine how pissed Kentucky fans would have been bringing in a guy like Domask before the season.

Kentucky fans have been increasingly of the mind that 2 five stars and Domask is a better idea than 3 five stars, and IMO they're pretty much correct.

They all saw what Dalton Knecht did at Tennessee. The cat is out of the bag on the polished veteran mid-major star.

and not Nebraska
Seems like Indy and Lville can't say yet and stay insiders looks like unless Chester Geoff TA or Tyler tells us, we must wait.

Boynton is still on the table from my understanding ... Has not been officially announced at Michigan ...

Antigua potentially as well ... He's been back channeling ever since Cal accepted Arkansas job ... He took the guaranteed job last night but I have been told and have heard from coaches that Antigua is open to other opportunities ...
Boynton posted on Twitter about Michigan and changed his Twitter bios about 5 hours ago.

Just to say Michigan was a hellhole right?

The bio was probably just updated to include the pottery class he started taking in his down time.

If that's the case, I do wish he would have left for a head coaching job. However, I do think he would be in a good situation. I think very highly of Darian DeVries from his time at Drake.
Me too. But I’ll enjoy the fact that he spent time at the beloved and helped the program back.

Getting top portal guys should only help the team theoretically and they have the brand and NIL to do that. The question is whether they can start 3, 4, or even 5 transfers like us. While that hurts continuity, to me, a 1-2 years 20, 21 years old is better than a 1-2 years 18 year old anyway.
