*I didn't include IW11 and Deuce Spann because they both were plays of the coaching staff dangling a QB opportunity with a strong suspicion they would move them later to WR. Spann might have been more genuine but the great majority of his offers were at WR.
The biggest thing is we are recruiting qb’s that fit the system our OC wants to run. Having a true dual threat qb will open up the playbook

With modern transfer rules, there is 0% chance that is our QB room in 2026.
His offer list was only going to get bigger ... HUGE to get this one locked up early ...
However - I do not think it will keep the sharks away if he keeps progressing ... Lot of big time programs that were interested and just hadn't quite pulled the trigger yet ...
Any names you can share that we should keep an eye on?
Based on the publicly available info (i.e. Werner's CB) it looks like Lesroy Tittle might be happening soon. I assume it's too early for someone like Nasir Rankin and/or the two highly rated in state TEs to commit, but I'd love to be wrong about that.
Please get us some bulldozing hogs for the line.

Hello guys! I haven't been on the board for about a year, but had to jump on this thread. I watched a lot of Clayton's highlights and came away very impressed. He has a fluid, smooth passing motion and a very strong arm. I am super excited we got this guy and hope other top recruits will follow.
Also, I believe he is rated as a 3 star on 247 and a 4 star on other sites.
After looking at his offer list and highlights, this kid is absolutely a 4 star.

a fair amount of our incoming class received upward bumps recently by 247. our recruiting momentum is pretty good and picking up steam. hopefully, we can parlay that to a next level '26 class. gotta keep winning.
