What an incredible self own for the conference. KJ is easily one of the top 3 most marketable players in the conference and he's had to sit on the bench for the majority of a marquee nationally televised game.
Pretty shocking honestly but I’m glad because it would have fired up the crowdHow had Brad not gotten t'd up over this?
The 1st one replay shows he didn't touch him..it was a delayed call because the shot didn't fall. A NBA thing they doSo, if I’m scoring correctly at home, KJ has 4 fouls:
Touch foul
Touch foul
Guy steps on KJ’s foot, falls down, foul on KJ
Guy pushes KJ down fighting for a rebound, foul on KJ
Ridiculous ref job today.
If we were losing by 10, he definitely would have oneHow had Brad not gotten t'd up over this?
Actually shut the game off after KJ’s 4th foul. This is bull!!!!. The league should be fu$%ing ashamed of itself. Straight trash.
They have no awareness of how this makes the league look. It has been going on for years and it never changes. No accountability or even a hint of effort to improve the product they put on the court. Totally ridiculous and the AD's and administrations are as much to blame as the refs. Somebody demand some accountability PLEASE!Big Ten should be embarrassed by this. You want to be the best conference? Hold refs to a better standard
There are just some really unskilled refs in college bball who aren't good at seeing the whole play. One of my biggest pet peeves with college refs is they see a player fall and they feel like there has to be a call one way or the other. Sometimes dudes just fall in basketball. It happens. It's incidental. Let them play.
