Great post because it's spot on. For anyone who wants to go after Brad, go after the refs, etc....the shots and I mean wide open shots, are there as your draw them up.....just can't make them.
KJ starting to (loosely) remind me of early Curbelo. Amazing creator but a potential turnover machine.

Tomi had great looks and hit just the one. I'm fine with him shooting them. I just hope he makes em shot looks good. Morez feast when Tomi gets the big outta the lane.
Most of those were actually good shots though. One way or another, we have to start hitting wide open threes. If we stop shooting them, or continue to not be able to make them, teams will just defend the inside and dare us to shoot.
We have to adjust pick and roll defense. We just get killed on that every game.

Tre is feast or famine. He has a lot of talent and a high ceiling but the question with him before he even transferred in is whether he can bring a high level of effort with consistency. I'll do a statistical analysis for him after this game, but one of the biggest differences you'll find between our wins and losses is his play and metrics. When he's good we win, and when he's bad we lose most of those.

Stop with the stupid turnovers and hit some open 3s, and we win by double digits. But I say this every game. Starting to think that’s just who they are.
Focus may be better paid toward turnovers and knocking down shots vs being upset at 9/11 on free throws for the half.

Stop it by doing what? These are uncontested threes? What do you want him to do, tell OSU to open up the lane? This team was out together to shoot the three and when we do take it to the hoop, we turn it over. Same guys. KJ with another 3 of them.

KJ, DGL, Riley, Tomi, Morez for the second half please
KJ and Tomi are 1 for 9 from three. The other guys haven't shot the 3 poorly and are not just "jacking 3s" . They are 3 of 6. I'm fine with the looks we are getting today from Tomi too and most of KJs looks. Ben and Kylan aren't chucking em all the time thus far.
Yeah, I just can't get overly upset at Morez being a 60% free throw shooter. He's going to miss his fair share. Do you wish he would make 70-80%? Sure. But how many freshman bigs actually do that?
