Their high score is bc of our defense but it’s also our offense. If there ever was a team that needs to slow it down and run some sets. We have no depth. Our only two big guys are out or injured.

Not trying to be negative but can't remember being so disappointed to turn off a game at half in over a decade.enough of the excuses play hard and at least that's all we can ask as fans but not seeing it at all I just hope not to wake up tomorrow and see we lose this game by 50 at this point a real possibility. Come on illini let's show some real fight and get back in this game but at this point I don't think I can handle anymore disappointment
It's bad that we are 0-15 from 3 for the game, but the really bad thing is that we have taken 15 attempts when we are such a bad three shooting team. That's all on Underwood.

If this is the case, we should fire Brad right now. He's being paid a top ten salary. Given the historical number of wins our program has, there is no reason we shouldn't be competing this level. It's Illinois. We should expect sweet sixteens. We should expect to compete for conference championships. If we can't be expected to compete with the best, we should switch to a coach that will get us there.
I wouldn't go that far -- you probably know better -- but I have the feeling that we're going to go as far as Will will take us, at this point. String bean either blows up, or we are forced to settle.
Best offense we have right now is to run clock and give it to Wil at the end.

Sorry, but this is embarrassing. I appreciate what Brad has done for our program, but I am done with the complete ineptness with in-game coaching. And before anyone says, the, "You don't remember Groce, Weber" I started attending games in 1978 and have been a fan ever since. Goce never had this talent. This is a failure, and there is no other way to look at it, and Brad is showing no ability to adapt in season. That has been a problem for a while now. If you are paying top ten, expect top ten.
