Interestingly lost to both wash and minn, if they were the 6th seed.
Rutgers ot, neb tough matchup with markowski.

Team is playing very well right now.

Just ran out of gas vs Michigan due to short bench, sloppy ball handling vs. press, and poor defensive rebounding when Bostic is not in game.

I think we can beat both Nebraska and Rutgers on with 3 days off on neutral court.

Round 2 vs. UCLA - no shame if we lose to them. UCLA has 5 McDAA vs our 1

USC waxed UCLA last night. They are beatable.

Totally agree. Looked to me as she was treating it gingerly even at beginning of game.

Tomorrow the Illini play the winner of this evening's game between Nebraska and Rutgers at approximately 5pm on Peacock. I am not exactly sure who to root for, but I am going with Nebby? Regardless, I hope the game goes into triple overtime!

"Nebraska enters the Big Ten Tournament with a 19-10 record, securing the No. 10 seed with a 10-8 record in conference play. The Cornhuskers started the 2024-25 season ranked No. 23 in the AP poll, climbing as high as No. 21. The Scarlet Knights make the trip to Indianapolis having lost four of their last five games, but their win over Penn State in their regular-season finale helped them advance to postseason play. Senior guard/forward Destiny Adams was named All-Big Ten Second Team by the coaches and media, while freshman Kiyomi McMiller was tabbed an All-Big Ten Honorable Mention honoree by the media."

I believe the game is on BTN not Peacock.

Our team is pretty tired after ironman season

If we beat Nebraska/Rutgers winner we play UCLA. Beating Nebraska is a quad 1 win but not sure if it will improve our NCAA seed to a 7 and allow us to dodge the #1 seed.

Of course if we can get to a 7 seed we can avoid the #1 seeds until regional finals.

Sorry I wasn't clear - today's game is on Peacock. Yes, tomorrow's game is on BTN.

Nebby blowing out Rutgers currently at start of 4th QTR.
