Love the effort from McNeese State on the defensive end and rebounding. Not likely they can do it two games in a row, but it only has to work now....and it is. They smell blood and Clemson smells like sh...t.

...But how about Clemson?
Clemson was tricky because they did beat Kentucky and Duke, but also were in the ACC and McNeese State is probably the best 12 seed, so it's not a complete surprise to see a 5-12 upset there.

Hope Will hasn't signed anything yet. He's going to get some more attention, and more strong-!!! offers in the carousel after this game.

Indy was talking about how good of a coach the young Will Wade was a month here before anyone knew his name. As always…

Really, really happy they unearthed the Geico commercial with the pig going 'WHEEEEE! WHHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" for the tournament. Can't wait to hear that 15 million times in the next few weeks.

Looking at his bio on the McNeese website, I'm guessing it's probably grandson. Also John Shumate passed away last month at the age of 72
Thanks; I didn't realize that. RIP. I have fond memories of being a little kid watching those Digger ND teams in the early/mid-'70s. Shumate, Dantley, then later Laimbeer. I remember they upset UCLA one of those seasons. Saturday afternoon game in the dead of winter. NBC game of the week. Funny the snippets of childhood you remember.

My bracket is going to suck regardless (missed the first game, of course, had Louisville...) but unless McNeese blows this huge lead I have them in the S16

Talking about Georgia's schedule preparing them for the tournament while they're down 13-0.

Clemson shooting 1-16 from 3 and stuck at 18 points.

SEC not exactly lighting the world on fire early in this tournament. Texas blowing things bad last night, Auburn took over a half to really get things rolling in their 1-16 game, now Georgia getting dog-walked by Gonzaga (and if I'm Houston, I'm kind of concerned).
