We finished right where we were predicted to in the preseason. Not in the top 25 and got the top 6 seed. Oh and Kwa was only interim anyway. Who did you want them to hire right before the season started?

Best NCAA draw ever, and I have been an Illini fan for 40 years....never had a home court advantage. Just a sad game. Brad telling the team to do something for the fans, how about coaching something for the fans. That defensive scheme was atrocious, no excuses, absolutely terrible for someone making the kind of $$ BU makes.

When players are stuck in an awful system that doesn't make any sense, it follows that they would become tentative/uncertain, and poor plays would result. Whitman needs to force Brad's hand on wholesale coaching changes including Tyler. If Brad won't change his staff, and we have our sights on a decent replacement, I have no problem with Whitman pushing Brad out the door.

Frustrating game. Kind of sums up the season. Some quick thoughts

- Hate that this game was likely Will’s last. Got completely shut down.

- That 3 by Tre White when we were making a charge that clanked off the side of the rim was inexcusable. Just didn’t need it.

- Give Kylan, Tomi, and Morez whatever they want.

- Get Hamer OUT OF HERE. Defense in general was pretty bad.

- KJ gets way too much heat. Yes he has bad but the good far outweighs it. I will miss him and I thank him for choosing to come here.

Also if we make 11+ threes we're undefeated.

This was a completely winnable game if we didn’t dig ourselves such a big hole with turnovers. Even with Kentucky shooting lights out in the second half. That’s crazy.
